IMPORTANT NOTE:
Rate varies/fluctuates depending on number of adults and children staying.
Please make sure you enter right estimated number of guests when inquiring.
Also if you are on a limited budget please specify budget when inquiries as we have other units that are smaller/less expensive and larger/exclusive which may be more suitable for you.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We want to cater to smaller groups where starting published rates are up to a certain number of guests.

Base rate up to a certain number of persons, then additional person rate (rate varies depending on number of persons). The home sleeps maximum of 60 people (max 40 adults with 20 kids).

(the rate varies depending on the number of adults/children, season/Holidays/particular events/length of stay, so please inquire with the correct estimated number of persons before making your reservation to confirm correct rate).

Once your reservation is made, we have a preferred list of Personal Chefs and Grocery Shopping services available at an additional cost upon request with advance notice.

If you require additional housekeeping during your stay, we can arrange it for you at nominal charges.

We provide a BBQ grill and a fire pit for your use, both of which run on gas. Please note that you are responsible for delivering the gas. Once the tanks run empty, you can easily refill them at nearby Gas stations, CVS, Walgreens, Walmart, Lowes, and other convenient locations.
While pool heat is not included in the price, it is available for an additional fee of $45 per day per home (x2). Please note that pool heat is not necessary from April to October, as the pool normally heats up to 75-80 degrees. If you require pool heating, please make your payment before arrival so we can arrange it for you.

It's important to note that a heat pump does not produce heat anywhere near its rated efficiency when it is forced to run during much of the colder nighttime hours (below 70 degrees). Therefore, we do not recommend turning on the pool heat when the outside temperature is below 60 degrees, as the pool will not warm up noticeably.

This retreat features a customized setup with either 6, 7, or 8 bedrooms (depending on needs, two rooms can be either lounge/living rooms or bedrooms).

Each of our well-appointed bedrooms can be customized to your preference, with the choice of 1 king/queen bed or 2 single beds. For those selecting king/queen bedding, we've gone the extra mile to ensure your comfort. Our setup includes a plush king/queen size memory mattress topper, a king/queen size mattress cover, and fitted sheets that seamlessly cover the entire surface for an uninterrupted night's rest with added memory foam comfort.

We've thought of everything to make your stay effortless and enjoyable, offering Business Travel Ready Amenities, such as essentials (soap, shampoo, towels, linens, and pillows), self-check-in for your convenience, high-speed wireless internet, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, hangers, and a laptop-friendly workspace.

When it comes to our sophisticated customized bed setups, each bedroom can be tailored to your liking, ensuring a restful night's sleep. For king-size bedding, our memory mattress topper, king-size mattress cover, and fitted sheets are all carefully selected to provide a seamless and sumptuously comfortable experience.

As for our bedding, we provide 2 twin down comforters for a king-size bed setup or 1 twin down comforter for each twin-size bed setup, ensuring each guest's personal comfort. You'll find 4 pillows for king-size bed setups and 2 pillows for each twin-size bed setup, guaranteeing a good night's sleep.

For those requesting a king-size bed setup, we merge 2 twin bed frames, layer them with memory foam, and cover them with a king-size mattress cover, ensuring a luxurious and spacious sleeping arrangement.

Our commitment to cleanliness and comfort extends to our duvet sheets, a common feature in European and modern hotel bedding. These sheets envelop each down comforter, ensuring a fresh and hygienic experience for every guest. As a result, we do not use additional top sheets, as the duvet sheet provides both comfort and cleanliness.

Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities, and we look forward to hosting you in style during your stay. Rest assured, every detail has been meticulously crafted to make your visit exceptional. Book your stay with us and experience true relaxation and sophistication.
